Aephix has been accepted into the Databricks Startup Program through Neon, the serverless Postgres platform Databricks acquired in 2025.
The program provides up to $1,000 in Neon credits, onboarding support from the Neon product team, and early access to new Neon features. The grant will accelerate platform development as Aephix expands its coverage across the agent supply chain.
About the program
Databricks completed its acquisition of Neon in May 2025 in a deal valued at approximately $1 billion. Neon provides serverless Postgres with scale-to-zero compute, instant database branching, and a connection pooler built for high-concurrency workloads. The platform now integrates with the broader Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
The Neon Startup Program is open to pre-Series A companies and offers two tracks. The self-funded track provides up to $1,000 in credits. The venture-backed track combines Neon and Databricks credits for up to $200,000 in combined value.
What Aephix does
Agents pull artifacts at generate-time: packages, models, skills, MCP servers, extensions, and containers. Those artifacts arrive from different registries under different names, with nothing connecting them. Aephix Threat Research surfaces coordinated activity across those artifacts, links the pieces to a single operation, and briefs subscribers on it every week in Sleuth.
