These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of aephix.io (the "Site") operated by Aephix ("Aephix", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
The Site is an informational website for Aephix, a threat intelligence platform for the AI agent supply chain. Our products are offered in private beta. Access to any product or early-access program is at our discretion and is not guaranteed by your use of the Site or by joining our waitlist.
You may use the Site only if you can form a binding contract with Aephix and are not barred from doing so under applicable law. The Site is intended for professional and business audiences.

Joining the waitlist registers your interest. It does not create an obligation for us to provide access, pricing, or any product, and we may change or discontinue the waitlist or any program at any time.
The Site and its content, including text, research articles, educational material, graphics, diagrams, logos, and the Aephix name and marks, are owned by Aephix or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the Site for your own informational use. You may share links to our content and quote it with attribution. You may not otherwise copy, republish, or create derivative works from it without our permission.
Our research and Academy content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. Indicators of compromise are defanged where shown and are presented for defensive use only. This content is not professional security, legal, or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as a substitute for advice tailored to your situation. We make no warranty that the content is accurate, complete, or current. You agree not to use any information on the Site to develop, deploy, or assist malicious activity.
The Site links to and relies on third-party websites and services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability. Your use of them is governed by their terms.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aephix and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
You agree to indemnify and hold Aephix harmless from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify or discontinue the Site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Aephix is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site.
