Aephix ("Aephix", "we", "us", or "our") provides threat intelligence for the AI agent supply chain. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit aephix.io (the "Site") or join our early-access waitlist. We have designed the Site to collect as little personal information as possible.
Information you give us. When you join the waitlist you provide your email address and, optionally, your role. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs when you load a page, including your IP address, browser type, referring page, and the date and time of the request. These logs are used to operate and secure the Site.
What our form processor receives. Waitlist submissions are handled by a third-party form processor. It receives your email address, the role you optionally select, and the connection details that come with any web request, including your IP address, and it handles that submission under its own privacy terms in addition to this policy.
Local storage. The Site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser's local storage. This stays on your device, is not a cookie, and is never sent to us.
The Site does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or any analytics product. If we later add measurement, it will be a cookieless, privacy-preserving option that does not track you across websites and does not collect personal information, and we will update this page before turning it on.

We share information only with the service providers that run the Site, such as hosting, form processing, and content delivery, and only as needed for them to perform those services. We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will continue to protect it under this policy.
Aephix and several of our service providers are based in or process data in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data-protection laws differ from your own.
We keep waitlist information until we launch and you have had the chance to use or decline early access, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. We keep server logs for a limited period for security and operational purposes.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected] and we will respond as required by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us. We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the limited information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is intended for professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
The Site links to third-party websites, including registries and research sources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites. Review their policies before providing information.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
